Chicopee High School
Welcome to the
Chicopee High School Library!
Librarian: Ms. Kelly Tarr (email@example.com)
• Library hours:
The library is open everyday before school, and after school on Monday and Wednesday until 3:15pm.
I just wanted to let you know about some of the information resources we have here at the library for you and your students. There are links below, but you can always go to the library homepage at chicopee.wikispaces.com for more detailed information.
We have access to approximately 80 online databases, providing access to encyclopedia, reference books, magazines, academic journals, news articles, videos, and more. Our databases include material on every subject, like Art, English, History, Fitness, Cooking, Statistics, Business, Science, Psychology, and Careers. They may all be accessed from any computer, both here in school or from home. Please feel free to stop by the library to learn more, or to set up a webpage customized to meet the needs of you and your students.
Also, if you would like to provide your students with online access to any of your materials (handouts, links, documents, PowerPoints), please email me or stop by the library for assistance.
Finally, the library is the home of Chicopee High's iPad cart. We have 30 iPads ready for use in the library or your classroom. Come to the library to learn more, sign-up for the cart, or to borrow one for yourself.
Stop by the library to ask a question, find a book, work on an assignment, read a magazine, print out a paper, or just say "hello!"
Thanks for your time, and please let me know what I can do to help your students succeed this year,
