  • Counselor referrals: Contact should be made with the counselor beforehand.
  • Ask for Administrator check-in (non-disciplinary)
  • Referral to the Reset Room

  • Create a daily behavior point card/sheet (Shared with counselor and parents)

  • Check-in/Check-out with at-risk students more often.

  • Provide a self-monitoring/ self-reflection sheet. Here are some ideas:  Sheet 1 or Sheet 2 
  • Assign seating to better monitor and address behaviors as they happen.
