Create a Morale Committee – each specific school can have volunteers to create a morale committee that discusses different ways to help morale within their building (monthly check-ins, celebrations, team building activities, etc.)
Adapt Dress Down Fridays for a small fee (money allocated for trips, pay for student’s trip fees, staff party, etc.)
Present Weekly Affirmations announced/ emailed to staff
Give Staff of the Week Awards per building (i.e. prizes could include preferred parking, gift cards)
