The Chicopee School Food Service Department consists of a staff of over 100 full and part-time employees, located at 15 sites throughout the city. Our staff serves over 100,000 nutritious meals per month. We could be considered the largest restaurant in the city of Chicopee.
Breakfast and lunch are served daily. Our high schools also offer full deli, pasta and salad bars. Breakfast price is $.60 for preschool and elementary school students, $1.00 for middle and high school students.
Preschool and elementary school lunches are $ 1.75, middle and high school lunches are $2.00. Individual cartons of milk can be purchased at all schools. Applications for free & reduced meals are available at all schools and at our office or you can apply online at www.heartlandapps.com. Senior meals sponsored by WestMass ElderCare are offered at four of our school sites.
We also have a new online payment system. The Nutrikids system will allow you to have improved access to your child's school lunch account. To access your child's account go to www.myschoolbucks.com. You will need to enter your child's school name and ID number. Unfortunately, this is not available for students at Chicopee Academy or Szetela Early Childhood School.
**The following schools now qualify for free breakfast and lunch under the USDA Community Eligibility Program:

As of January 4, 2016, all children who attend the above schools will receive free breakfast and lunch. However, all outstanding lunch balances must be paid in full by June 30, 2016.
